Can I change plans later?
Upgrades are available at any time and will be applied immediately. Any additional cost will be prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle. Downgrades are not supported at this time. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Depending on your region, additional payment methods such as bank transfers (ACH) may also be available via our payment provider. Enterprise customers can request invoice-based billing.
How does data retention work?
Data retention is fully configurable and depends on your settings. Each widget or data source can have its own refresh frequency—for example, some may update every few minutes, while others refresh daily. This flexibility allows you to control how frequently your data is updated and retained based on your specific needs.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. If you’d like to permanently delete your account and associated data, you can request this by contacting our support team—we’ll handle it promptly.
